Shipping

All items are shipped from Helsinki, Finland. Orders are processed as soon as possible and will be shipped by the following Monday from when the order is placed. At the moment I am the only person packaging and processing orders, so I hope you understand that it may take up to a week to send your package.


Delivery times

The estimated delivery times are 1–3 business days with domestic (Finnish) orders, 3–7 business days to other Nordic countries and the Baltic countries, 7–14 working days to the rest of Europe and 14–21 business days to the rest of the world.

These delivery times are indicative. Unfortunately I can’t be responsible for any delivery delays arising from customs inspections or other measures in the destination country.


Packaging

All orders are shipped flat in rigid mailers. I package orders with the most sustainable plastic-free supplies I can find. All packaging is recyclable and I use FSC certified mailers. Please reuse or recycle all packaging.


Replacements and refunds

Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please contact me as soon as possible at hello@sesiljalindell.com. Please provide clear photos of each item and the exterior packaging showing the damage or defect, and I will be happy to offer a replacement or refund.


Lost shipments

If you suspect your order has been lost during shipping, please contact me at hello@sesiljalindell.com. I’ll be able to check the tracking status and tell you whether your order has shipped, and replace the order if necessary.


Customs clearance & service fees

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import tax. By placing an order the buyer acknowledges the possibility of additional customs clearance & service fees upon import and agrees that those fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.
